You can now get your money back on flight tickets for Singapore Airlines, Scoot and more
If you’re planning to book a flight on Singapore Airlines (SIA) soon, here’s some great news. The local carrier is now available on ShopBack, an online service that lets web shoppers earn money (“Cashback”) for every dollar they spend.
Customers can now enjoy one per cent Cashback for air tickets purchased with Visa Cards from the SIA website. Low-cost carrier Scoot has also joined this service, and both airlines are also available on the ShopBack mobile app.
The Cashback for SIA can be tracked in two days and redeemed in 45 days, while that of Scoot takes one day to track and can be redeemed in 60 days. Cashback points translate into actual cash, which is transferrable to either the user’s bank or PayPal account.
Other airlines available on ShopBack include Emirates and Qatar Airways. Scoot is the first low-cost carrier on board.
ShopBack is available on web, in the App Store and on Google Play.
