The Amazing Thailand Grand Sale returns for the 15th year, promising great shopping with savings of up to 80 per cent, rewards, events, as well as grand prizes for tourists to boost incoming visitors to Thailand from Jun 15 to Aug 15.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has targeted to reach 15,000 participating department stores, retail outlets, duty free shops, hotels, airlines, jewellery shops, spas as well as golf courses in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Hat Yai, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Samui. Both Thai and international fashion brands are featured.

Tourists who are Visa cardholders can also enjoy exclusive shopping offers at various department stores and shopping complexes including Central, Central World, The Mall, Paragon, Emporium, Robinson, Gaysorn Plaza, Siam Discovery and Erawan.

Visa is branching out to include online shopping partners and will also be hosting a three-day “Grander Than Grand Sale” event at Terminal 21, offering exclusive privileges and discounts to domestic cardholders from Jul 9 to 11.

Amazing 30 Days in Thailand Lucky Draw

For every 500 baht spent in cash at participating shops and services, tourists get one coupon, or two coupons for every 500 baht charged to Visa cards.

The coupons give you chances to win “Amazing 30 days in Thailand” as well as for your companion, which is inclusive of round-trip air tickets, domestic round-trip air ticket, accommodation, transfers as well as guides.

Domestic tourists get a chance to win 1,000,000 baht in shopping vouchers.

Airfare Promotions

AirAsia joins long term Amazing Thailand Grand Sale partners Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Visa in offering special promotional airfares for domestic destinations, starting from 790 baht for one way, all inclusive, and for international destinations starting from 1,290 baht, one way, all inclusive.

AirAsia is offering promotional deals from Singapore to Bangkok and Phuket starting from an all-in-fare of S$55, one way. Travellers can also connect from Bangkok to Chiang Mai at an all-in low fare of S$38, one way.

Other destinations to explore include Hat Yai, Samui (via Island Transfer services), Krabi, and Udon Thani, Trang, Chiang Rai, Ubon Ratchathani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Surat Thani, direct from Singapore via Bangkok or Phuket.
