Celebrate Christmas this year on board Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas with ASA Holidays’ exclusive 6D5N Spice of Southeast Asia Cruise package that sets sail on Dec 24.

In addition to having an un-un-unbelievable time sailing with Mediacorp artiste, Chen Tian Wen, another cruise highlight is the exclusive DreamWorks Experience.

Guests of all ages can interact with DreamWorks characters like Shrek and Fiona of Shrek, Alex the Lion of Madagascar and Po of Kung Fu Panda.

On sailing day, you can even catch an exclusive DreamWorks parade taking place on the ship’s main shopping street, the Royal Promenade. Those staying in the Promenade Stateroom will be able to view the parade from their room.

Good mix of destinations

Apart from exciting on-board activities, the cruise itinerary also offers a wonderful mix of major cities and laid-back towns among the Mariner of the Seas’ ports of call.

Christmas Day will see the ship docking at Port Klang near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where kids will also have a chance to meet and take photos with Santa Claus on-board.

On Boxing Day, let your imagination soar with the many magical myths and legends surrounding the 99 islands of Langkawi.

Replete with ancient geological wonders like mysterious caves and mist-shrouded mountains, Langkawi is a nature lover’s tropical paradise.

The cruise’s final stop will be at Phuket, Thailand on Dec 27, where you can look forward to the island’s white powdery beaches, tranquil broad bays and limestone cliffs.

As you sail back to Singapore, don’t miss the breath-taking ice-skating performance “Ice Under the Big Top”, a stunning show put up by professional skaters from different parts of the world.

Keen to set sail on a brand new cruise ship? Royal Caribbean International will debut the Harmony of the Seas, said to be the world’s largest cruise ship, in May 2016. It will be the first to feature the longest slide at sea, Ultimate Abyss, a ten-storey heart-pounding plunge on a re-imagined sports deck.

Harmony of the Seas will also be the first in a new generation of Oasis class ships where groundbreaking architectural innovations are combined with break-through technologies.

New innovative features include the Bionic Bar dancing robot bartenders; virtual balconies that offer real-time views of the ocean; and Voom, the fastest Internet network at sea found exclusively on Royal Caribbean ships.

The ship’s debut sailings will showcase Europe’s most popular cruise destinations on seven-night Western Mediterranean itineraries calling on Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Provence, France; Florence or Pisa, Rome and Naples, Italy.

Catering to every craving, Harmony of the Seas will offer dining options, including new specialty restaurants Izumi Hibachi & Sushi, Sabor Taqueria and Tequila Bar.
