Can you believe that this garden spanning over 500000 sq ft was single-handedly built by a grandmother?
Shichiku Akiyo, or affectionately known as Purple Bamboo Granny, built this garden to create a sense of playful wilderness reminiscent of simpler childhood times. The large garden is pesticide-free with Shichiku only trimming and tidying the greenery, so that the natural environment can come to its own. P.s. Look how well-fed the residential purple bamboo garden cat is!
