Gold Coast: What To Do & Where To Stay For A Memorable Trip

Make the most memories within the 70km pristine coastline

Before we headed for the Gold Coast, we thought of the sunny region as a good one- or two-days trip East while visiting the major cities like Melbourne and Sydney. But our five-day stay showed us that the Gold Coast abounds in gorgeous beaches, fun activities and exquisite eats, definitely not enough for just one or two days! We've put together the most unique parts of our experience, marked out by how each activity suits certain types of travel personalities, to help you get the most out of the huge and diverse Gold Coast. Staying gold and classy

Gold Coast ain’t just any kind of coastal region – it’s called the Gold Coast for a reason! A glamorous new breed of resorts line the beaches, celebrating a high-tech and high-end lifestyle. We love treating ourselves to some luxurious digs when we travel, so we were impressed by the cutting-edge suites and sky homes available in the cosmopolitan Broadbeach.

Peppers Broadbeach is centrally located in the heart of Broadbeach, just 25 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. The soaring sculpted towers of the resort, reflecting the fluidity of the ocean’s tides, are a beauty to behold at night. You’re met at the door with world-class service and facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen. So lie back and breathe in the chic luxury of the European-style interiors and gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean.
