3.  Museum of the Revolution

Revel in the best of 20th-century art at the Museum of the Revolution, it is currently housed in the beautiful neo-classical Presidential Palace in Havana, making it a definite must-visit attraction for any history buff.

The collections in the museum include first-hand artefacts from the political uprisings of the ’50s— such as guns used by Che Guevara and Camilo Cienfuegos and the very boat that brought Castro to Cuba during the Granma expedition in 1956. Look out for exhibits detailing the country’s communist rebuild in the ’60s and ’70s, along with parts that showcase the nation’s fight for independance.
