4. Chen San Ding
If you’re on the hunt for the best bubble tea in Taiwan – Chen San Ding might just be it. Although many claim this to be the best milk tea house in the country, you’ll be surprised to know that it contains no tea. The real star here are its tapioca pearls – they’re chewy and provide just the right amount of sweetness to the drink.
Chen San Ding prides themselves in their Black Sugar Bubble Tea, which is essentially just brown sugar tapioca pearls topped with a generous amount of taiwanese milk. If you’re a little skeptical about this “milk tea”, we still highly suggest you give it a try! You’ll easily spot their Zhongzheng District stall thanks to the long, neverending lines.
