Air France has unveiled its new offer in Economy and Premium Economy classes
Air France has unveiled its new offer of products and services in its Premium Economy and Economy cabin classes, as part of its move upmarket for its customers.
More comfort, more attention to detail
In Economy class, there is a new fully-revised seat, with more legroom, a new seat cushion, more comfortable headrests and a wider tray table. The seat has been ergonomically redesigned to guarantee optimum comfort.
In Premium Economy, more comfortable seat cushions and a multi-position footrest further enhance this cabin class.
As for entertainment, wide touch screens with High Definition images will soon be available, offering over 1,000 hours of music, movies, TV series and many other programmes available on demand.
New Meal Service & Tableware
Since Sep 1, the meal service has been upgraded, with a second hot dish and new gourmet offer to make the trip even more pleasant.
Passengers travelling on long-haul flights in the Premium Economy and Economy cabins have been enjoying meals from the new tableware collection by Eugeni Quitllet and IPI.
This contemporary range conceived by the Catalan designer adds a refreshing and elegant touch. Thanks to the lighter weight, this full eco-designed tableware and accompanying tray reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 30 per cent.
Upcoming in 2014
From Summer 2014, Air France will gradually equip 44 Boeing 777 in its long-haul fleet with the new seats and inflight entertainment systems.
In Jan 2014, the company will unveil its future Business offer. In Apr 2014, the entire Best & Beyond project will be unveiled around the new La Première cabin.
