5. Plunge into a world-famous diving site
You don’t have to travel very far to find a whole new world under the sea. Rated one of the world’s top diving sites, Sipadan Island in Sabah is home to a magical underwater haven at the heart of the Indo-Pacific Basin.
Divers have a chance of spotting marine creatures like green and hawksbill turtles, manta beams, hammerhead sharks, whale sharks and schools of barracuda, bigeye trevally and bumphead parrotfish.
