2. Slice through magical waters on a Gondola
A seamless journey through Perth’s metropolitan city is possible when you take the route of Swan River via a traditional Gondola. Romantic and very Venetian, the river cruises from Gondolas On The Swan take up to 30 minutes (from AUD$30 per pax), but we’d rather couples opt for its one-hour rides (from AUD$250), which you and your beau can have the entire Gondola to yourselves (and of course, a personal gondolier). Lovebirds can look forward to either an early morning cruise or one in the evening – the perfect timing for sunset followed by a city lights-filled night.
