After months of anticipation for a new telco to join the market, Circles.Life announced that it will be coming in as Singapore’s 4th telco and has already begun operations.

The digital telco is focusing on providing consumers with an exciting 4G mobile experience to suit the needs of the data savvy. The game-changing telco will be offering innovative data-centric plans that will give power back to the customer.

Only pay for what you use

Circles.Life believes in offering customers real choice so that they only pay for what they want. For example, if you're running out of data for the month, you can choose to give yourself a data "boost" of 100MB ($1), 250MB ($2) or 500MB ($3.50). This means that you will no longer have to pay a penalty of $10 for an extra GB of data even if you might only use a fraction of that amount.

With the advent of messaging and phone apps like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger and Skype, many users no longer see the need in paying for an SMS and call bundle. For this reason, Circles.Life offers pay-as-you-go rates for talktime and smses while providing users with unlimited Whatsapp use that will not drain any data.

Telco for the digital age

Circles.Life will not have any physical retail stores. Instead, you can control the amount of data, minutes, SMS and add-ons all from the comfort of your own home via the Circles.Life app. Even with all these customisation options, the interface is still simple to use and if you ever encounter any problems, you can reach out to them via their customer service hotline, Whatsapp or e-mail.

They have also teamed up with DBS and UOB to provide $0 upfront and 0% interest-free installment plans. This helps you buy the latest phones without a burdensome monthly phone contract.

For a limited period of time, everyone who signs up now for Circles.Life will get an additional 2GB of data on top of their 3GB of data and 100 minutes of talktime in their monthly base plan. This means that you will be getting 5GB of data and 100 minutes of talktime on top of other perks at $28 per month.
