From 1 August, grab a complimentary copy of National Geographic’s special Singapore edition magazine at your nearest community centre or library! Our Ministry of Communications and Information has teamed up with the world-renowned magazine to celebrate Singapore’s progress and envision our future as a “City of Tomorrow” through an exclusive interview with PM Lee Hsien Loong and photos of our cityscape. Besides the five winners of the #WhatMakesSG photography contest in April, award-winning National Geographic photographer Michael Yamashita also contributes gorgeous images of our most iconic landmarks. Want to see more of what makes Singapore special? Keep exploring our city’s advances by catching the 60-minute National Geographic documentary, “City of the Future: Singapore”, which will air from 18 August 2018 at 8pm, on the National Geographic Channel.
