2. Stellar at 1-Altitude
The lavish 6-course dinner starts off with a selection of hors-d’oeuvre like the Duck and Foie Gras Sandwich served with Mirabelle plums. Mains are served communal style, and these include the Mayura Full-blood Wagyu Tri-tip, Slow-cooked Kurobuta Pork Neck; and Steamed Turkey Breast with pistachio and pancetta stuffing. Desserts will take on a Winter Garden theme with the Pine Tree served with pistachio dacquoise; and Snowball with vanilla viennois, yuzu mousse and passionfruit snow.
The six-course Festive Dinner is priced at $160.00 per pax on 22 and 23 December 2018; or $180.00 for guests who prefer window seating on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
