Goodwood Park Hotel celebrates its 40th year of innovation and creativity in crafting indulgent pastries. Showcasing the king of fruits after the success of its iconic Durian Mousse Cake in 1983.
Goodwood Park Hotel’s Durian Fiesta has since become a highly-anticipated annual affair for ardent fans of Durian. As they have new pastries and desserts to look forward to each year.
The Durian Fiesta will run from 6 March to 6 August 2023 with an exquisite line-up of decadent desserts by the Hotel’s pastry chefs featuring quality D24 and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ varieties.
Look forward to new and unique creations such as D24 Pandan Coconut Gula Melaka Cake, D24 White Chocolate Raspberry Enchantment, D24 Paris Brest and more.
The new D24 Pandan Coconut Gula Melaka Cake (S$20 nett/slice, S$120 nett/1.2kg) features coconut mousse and decadent D24 mousse sandwiched between layers of pillowy-soft pandan sponge. The sponge uses pandan leaves to achieve its vibrant green hue and aromatic flavour.
The D24 White Chocolate Raspberry Enchantment ($128 nett/1.2kg) boasts a pleasant tanginess from the raspberry jelly paired impeccably with the luscious D24 mousse, enveloped in a velvety white chocolate mousse with a touch of liquor.
Inspired by the classic French pastry, the D24 Paris Brest (S$22 nett/piece) features a crisp choux pastry that is cut horizontally in half, and then
lavishly filled with rich D24 mousse in the centre, and ringed with a luscious cream mixture made from custard cream, buttercream and hazelnut paste.
Goodwood Park Hotel’s signature ‘Mao Shan Wang’ indulgences – ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Power Puff ($36 nett/6 pieces, $56 nett/10 pieces) and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Mousse Cake (S$19 nett/slice, S$99 nett/1kg, S$198 nett/2kg, S$297 nett/3kg) are back again by popular demand and will only be available for a limited period from 1 May to 6 August 2023.
In celebration of the 40th anniversary, there will be 40 flash deals for fans to enjoy and these deals will be released on Goodwood Park Hotel’s Instagram account.
Goodwood Park Hotel Gourmet cardmembers will enjoy 20% off selected takeaway Durian Fiesta pastries at The Deli. Citi, DBS/POSB, HSBC, OCBC, UOB credit and debit cardmembers will enjoy 15% off.
