7. No parties after 10pm
Do you have a license to (legally) be a nuisance after 10pm. If you don’t, get ready to be charged. After 10pm, all gatherings have to be disbanded and all parties have to stop because if you are caught, you will face both charges and a hefty fine for your noisy insolence.
