1. Explore the revealed contents of a time capsule from 1990
In December 1990, a time capsule was buried in front of the Empress Place building, meant to be opened this year. Get up-close to retro paraphernalia of our recent past, including development plans from the 1970s, public phone cards and even a poster of Ah Meng, ambassador for the Singapore Zoo.

Located at the Waterfront Promenade, the carnival is open to public to enjoy a collection of unique home recipes as you enjoy the celebrations at the Bay.
