Clever and innovative, these libraries introduce awesome features we didn't know we wanted or needed!
5. Napping pods in the NTU library (Singapore)
Let’s be honest; libraries are a great place to get some shut-eye. That’s why we’re eternally grateful to the people that have come up with the genius idea of placing resting or napping pods in libraries. And you don’t have to travel far at all to visit one of them! The Lee Wee Nam Library in NTU recently introduced a few high-tech napping pods in September 2018. Just book a pod in advance, and step inside to the private and dark bed. You don’t even have to worry about oversleeping and missing your next class; the pods are timed for 30-minute power naps! Open 24/7, they are excellent for students who work till late on campus.
