From cheeky primates to endangered amphibians, 2017 saw a total of 540 births and hatching from Wildlife Reserves Singapore

Of the new additions, over a quarter of them belong to threatened species, as the wildlife parks continue their conservation breeding efforts. Some of the little ones are already a star on their own.
So here are eight of the wildlife babies from 2017:
8. Electric Blue Geckos
Two critically endangered electric blue geckos hatched in the park’s newly revamped reptile exhibit RepTopia on 22 December. Juvenile and female electric blue geckos are green, while males have the signature bright electric blue colour.
