With news of Kim Woo-bin (aka Woo-bin, Woo-bin Oppa or Oppa) sweeping into town next week, we may have gotten just a little excited in preparing ourselves for his arrival.

4. When he rushed to Busan to attend a screening with his family

On 29 Dec, Woo-bin made a surprise appearance at a movie theater that was screening Master. He was originally scheduled to visit Busan only for the next two days, but when he heard that his ill grandmother and other family members would be catching the earlier screening, he dropped everything to join his family.

After the movie, he removed his hat and greeted the audience, which responded with thunderous applause. Woo-bin explained why he was there and even apologised for the “sudden appearance”.

No need to be sorry, Oppa – we’re sure the fans at the scene weren’t!
