7. Bakerzin at Raffles Hospital bakes up a (healthier) storm
Bakerzin’s latest outlet has opened at Raffles Hospital, and it’s serving up a healthier menu with the likes of salad bowls, artisanal bread, sandwiches and hot items. With nothing deep-fried on the menu, and oven-baked items, it’s a great place to go if you’re health conscious yet still long for a good bake (or two)!
Dig into new dishes like the Yakiniku Salad ($10), and Smoked Salmon Salad ($10); or the Baked Pistachio Crusted Fish ($18.80) and Pork Sausage Pizza ($6.80) if you’re feeling hungrier. Want a sandwich? Go for the Spinach Mushroom Quesadilla ($7) or Beef Yakiniku Sandwich ($9.80).
Dessert has not been forgotten! Sweeten your day, guilt-free, with a new range of tarts like the Chocolate Orange Tart ($3.50), Blueberry Cheese Tart ($3.50) or the Matcha Orange Tart ($3.50).
