To mark its eighth year as Singapore’s ultimate all American-dinner, OverEasy Fullerton has updated its menu with iconic dishes and nostalgic crowd favourites at its newly renovated space. The new space reflects a modern interpretation of the classic American diner, heavily influenced by edgy, vibrant spirit of the 1960s and ’70s, with its natural timber panels, clean geometric shapes, and cherry red-checkered floorboards contrasted with powder blue diner booth seats. In case you find yourself in need of some entertainment (which we highly doubt, judging from the highly-Instagrammable venue and tantalising revamped menu), check out the customised 80s-style arcade machines.
