11. Shop in the midst of art
Shoppers heading down to Raffles City Shopping Centre this weekend should not miss the exclusive pop-up installation on the ground level, which happens to be Urban Revivo (UR)’s first Motion in Flight exhibition worldwide. A collaboration between the fast luxury brand and Hong Kong-based artist Pauline Yau, the exhibition will showcase UR’s latest Fall collection accessories and apparels, as well as a Virtual Reality Experiential corner where shoppers will be surrounded by digital nature as they create their own three-dimensional artwork reflecting Motion in Flight. Keep a look out for the beautiful gold butterflies, a recurring motif of Yau’s work with UR x ART.
The exhibition runs until 22 October 2017, and if you’re feeling inspired by Yau’s artwork, you can also find her magic at UR Raffles City Level 2, as well as UR’s new space at Plaza Singapura (just right beside MUJI) which opened a week ago.
