Watsons’ newest store concept at Bugis Junction has opened, and boy is there a huge emphasis on millenials. The store now features a 40 percent expansion of the beauty floor with elements that enhance the
customer experience with the Gen Y in mind. New sections introduced include a makeup zone where products are categorized by functions offering variety at a glance, perfect for time-strapped individuals who came in looking for specific products.
Interactive elements in the store encourages visitors to explore and engage, including a Style Me app that allows one to try on makeup without the hassle of removing or applying it via facial recognition. The app is pre-loaded with the latest colours and looks from top brands and one can simply generate a list of products used to create the look before purchase.
