1. Indulge in a gastronomic Christmas feast
From 15 to 30 December, fine dining restaurant Iggy’s will be serving up a special eight-course dinner that captures the romance of the festive season. The dining destination presents modern European cuisine with Asian overtones for a merry affair full of familiar flavours, and the menu this time includes luxurious winter favourites such as Black Winter Truffle Risotto with aged parmesan, as well as French Pigeon with horseradish jus and a luscious chestnut puree. There will also be locally inspired dishes as well as East meets West flavours whipped up by Chef Aitor, such as the Turbot with finger lime and XO sauce, and Kabu (Japanese turnip) with Jamon dashi.
