6. Virtual Homes for Shelter Pets by SPCA
In today’s uncertain times, plenty of SPCA Singapore’s (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) efforts such as adoption drives and outdoor fundraising events have had to be put on hold.
SPCA has launched something cute! They have launched virtual world and Background Homes, an initiative that turns e-meetings into something cute and fun, but more importantly drawing much-needed attention to SPCA’s up-for-adoption pets.
Background Homes aims to use today’s most utilized medium—the virtual background— as a platform to raise awareness for SPCA’s causes, especially its adoption and fostering services. The virtual backgrounds and other information can be found on the backgroundhomes.spca.org.sg.
