4. The vicinity of Lim Bo Seng Memorial 

While the Empress Lawn may entice you to roll out your picnic mat on its well-manicured lawn, the area’s overcast trees may not offer optimal views of the fireworks. Therefore, head to the vicinity of Lim Bo Seng Memorial, a stone’s throw away from the Empress Lawn, for a better chance of fireworks-gazing. There are grass patches for you to set up your picnic. If not, head to the Queen Elizabeth Walk for clearer views of the theatrical showcase.
