9. Celebrate International Women’s Day with SPRMRKT Cambodia
Come 8 and 9 March, in the spirit of International Women’s Day, the Kimsan twins – Kimsan Sok and Kimsan Pol along with the all-female kitchen team from Embassy celebrates the role of women in the culinary world with a seven-course dinner menu followed by a uniquely Cambodian grazing table for brunch on the morning of Saturday, 9 March.
For cocktail enthusiasts, don’t miss out on Celebrate International Women’s Day: A Khmer Cocktail Edition by Sola (S$120++)! Sola, Latvia’s leading mixologist and the ambassador for SAMAI, Cambodia’s first and only premium rum distillery, will be heading a four-cocktail degustation menu and masterclass session on 9 March, as well as embarking on a Khmer takeover of the bar’s sister cocktail bar Telok Ayer Arts Club and SPRMRKT at STPI on the evening and afternoon of 9 March and 10 March respectively.
