Happening at Tan Quee Lan Street on 8 June from 5pm to 1030pm, the Tiger Street Food Festival will return for its second edition as an initiative to celebrate Singapore’s local hawker fare and its makers for one night. From Har Cheong Kai and Nasi Lema to Iberico Lor Bak bowls and Hakka tofu bowls, an array of hawker favourites is up for feasting at $2 per portion, complemented by thirst-quenchers of Tiger beer variants from $3. The festival is launched in conjunction with the Tiger Street Food Support Fund, where hawker stalls such as Ah Tan Wings, Ah Lock Tofu and KR Banana Leaf Masala Chicken Nasi Lemak are given a platform to showoff their culinary skills.
