2. Give a gift while giving back to the community
Who says that celebrations have to be commercialised and meaningless? This February, SPRMRKT Cambodia partners with EGBOK & Spoons (a non-profit culinary training facility and café) and local boutique florists Beverly’s Blooms in a collaboration that will allow you to give, while giving back to the community.
On 14 and 15 February, from 7pm to 9pm, Spoons chefs Sun Sam Oath and Heng Vicheka will present a romantic, Cambodian-inspired, six-course Valentine’s Day set dinner at SPRMRKT at STPI. Meanwhile, EGBOK students, alumni and representatives will be working both front of house and in the kitchen to ensure a memorable Valentine’s dinner for all. For a beautiful surprise, splurge a little and present your date with a handcrafted bag-quet from Beverly’s Blooms.
SPRMRKT and Beverly’s Blooms have pledged 15% of the proceeds from both nights to EGBOK, which allows diners to give their loved one the gift of giving back to underprivileged young adults in Cambodia a chance to succeed in the hospitality industry.
