Flaming Chicken Pot, the first nose-to-tail chicken hotpot dining concept has recently opened!
Spice-lovers will enjoy their signature Black Pot (from $9.80), which features a dry, sauce-based claypot chicken flambéed with premium Kwei Chow Moutai, while those who prefer something lighter can go for the White Pot (from $10.80) is a chicken pot with a collagen-rich soup boiled for eight hours that contains chicken feet, chicken bones, chicken fats.
