Made with sorrel sorbet, London’s Mahiki Rum – a tropical-tasting coconut rum liqueur, Copper Dog Speyside Whiskey, and topped off with a homemade pineapple and star-anise espuma and a sprig of exclusively-homegrown Butterfly Sorrel; this tipple is a refreshing burst of tart citrusy, nuanced flavours with a summery Carribean vibe.
