6. Catch the National Day Rehearsals at Smoke & Mirrors
This July, catch a preview of the National Day Parade at destination rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors. Located atop the National Gallery Singapore, the space overlooks the Padang – offering a stunning view of the National Day Parade rehearsals taking place over three Saturdays in July.
Smoke & Mirrors offers seating either on the Outdoor Terrace with prime views of the National Day Parade rehearsals (from S$110 nett per pax), or in the Indoor Lounge for a more intimate setting (from S$90 nett per pax). All packages include a local dinner buffet that includes five stations: Starters, Live Stations, Soup Counter, Hot Selection and Dessert. Diners can enjoy a wide array of dishes such as the Bak Kut Teh, Signature Peking Duck, Wok-fried Prawns with Singapore Style Chilli with Deep Fried Bun, Crispy Fried Soft-Shell Crab with Salted Egg Yolk, Hainan Chicken Rice, Laksa Noodles and Cheng Tng. There will also be a Children’s Section that includes favourites such as Sweet and Sour Pork with Fresh Pineapple and Oriental Fried Rice with Shrimp and Honey-Glazed BBQ Pork.
