9. Give back to society
In celebration of Singapore’s 52nd birthday, Chrysler Jeep Singapore will be holding its Jeep Boot Food Drive 2017 – a food donation drive in aid of The Food Bank Singapore. Happening on the 5 and 6 August, the Jeep Showroom will transform into a two-day festive jubilee and collection point where members of the public are encouraged to drop off their food donations. Social enterprises, Mustard Tree and Purnama Outreach, will also be showcasing and retailing their hand-made products, which empower the marginalised and special needs artisans. Donors dropping by can also look out for musical performances by Kids Performing™ The Academy of the Art and Singaporean buskers such as The Pudgy Busker, Cadence, and Ken Loh.
