When we’re talking about comfort food, there’s probably nothing better than sinking your teeth into a thick, juicy burger with fluffy buns – and 25 Degrees Burger & Liquor Bar, hailing from Los Angeles, is known for its gourmet and authentic American-style burgers.
We’re not leaving out our vegan or vegetarian friends, though! From 1 May to 30 June, 25 Degrees Singapore is now offering a Vegan Burger (S$18++) – featuring a seared and deliciously charred 4 oz Beyond Burger patty, tarragon-flavoured coleslaw, chunky portobello mushroom, tomato confit, melted vegan cheddar, rocket, pickled red onions; all sandwiched between fluffy charcoal buns that are toasted with a beautiful crisp.
Wash it all down with a vegan beer – and the world’s first vegan pilsner, no less! The Pilsner Urquell (S$16++) hails from the Czech Republic, with a clear, honey-gold hue and crisp, refreshing finish.
Raise your vegan beers, and have a cheers to Meatless Mondays!
