4. Slurp up ramen
Available from now until 30 Sep, Ippudo’s seasonal tsukemen matsuri menu offers three unique flavours of tsukemen namely: Asian-inspired Natsu Yasai & Curry Tsukemen($19), Italian-style Tsukemen Italiano ($18) and traditional Japanese-themed Aburi Kamo Negi Zaru($17).
To guarantee the perfect balance of flavours and temperature, the ramen noodles are served cold and chewy, separate from the warm broth the noodles can be dipped in.
