Lobster fanatics, head over to their outlet at TOP of UOB Plaza for lobsters galore, cooked in eight different flavours at a live station. If you’re more of a prawns person, gorge on the River Prawns Fiesta at the Our Tampines Hub outlet, where giant river prawns are cooked in six mouthwatering styles. Both buffet menus include 30 other Sichuan and Cantonese dishes.
