Singapore is a nation of food-loving people, and in celebration of the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 being held in Asia and Singapore this year, CÉ LA VI and Sanpellegrino will be presenting Sky High Gourmet Fiesta: A Dirty Dozen Edition this coming Tuesday, 25 June 2019 – an astronomical gastronomic experience that sees over twelve renowned chefs and mixologists coming together for a showcase of creativity!
From celebrity pastry chef Janice Wong and Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2019 Fabrizio Fiorani, to chefs like Dave Pynt from Burnt Ends and Meatsmith, Chef Kenjiro Hashida of Hashida Sushi and Chef Daniel Chavez from Ola Cucina Del Mar; you’ll get to indulge in a delectable international spread.
Look forward to dishes like Sticky Cumin Lamb Ribs, Sisig Kathi, Eel and Bone Marrow; Corn Cake with Black Rice, Signature Monkfish Liver and Sea Eel Sushi; Local Satay Trio and Otah Silver Perch; Nduja Stuffed Chicken Wings and even a gorgeous Edible Dessert Wall!
