4. 4 Hand Dinner – Marguerite X Chef Prateek Sadhu, Kita Singapore Weekender
During the Kita Singapore Weekender, the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Marguerite, located in the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, will host India’s esteemed Modernist chef, Prateek Sadhu, on October 19 and 20, 2023. Chef/Patron Michael Wilson of Marguerite and Chef Prateek will come together to curate an enticing menu that spotlights Prateek’s exploration of India’s forgotten ingredients, complemented by Chef Michael’s inventive culinary expertise.
Menu highlights include Chef Michael Wilson’s Aged Kingfish Chaat, his signature Obsiblue Prawn Tagliolini which will receive a spiced Konkan bisque and a fitting finale that takes the form of a Tropical Fruit Vacherin inspired by an Indian summer.
