3. Kita Food Festival Singapore Weekender
The Kita Food Festival will take place from 19-23 Oct 23. This pop-up event is a part of the broader Kita Food Festival, with the main festival taking place in various locations in Malaysia, including Kuching, Penang, and Kuala Lumpur. However, the special pop-up event in Singapore marks the festival’s debut in the Lion City. For the Kita Food Festival 2023’s Singapore Weekender event, the guest curator will be none other than chef Ivan Brehm, known for his work at Michelin-starred Nouri and Appetite.
The Singapore Weekender pop-up will feature a range of dining experiences, including four- and six-hand dining events at various restaurants. Additionally, there will be a Big Sunday Barbecue and Kita Conversations, a series of TED-style talks featuring leading chefs, food thinkers, and producers from around the world.
