2. Hairy Crab Season Returns to Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey
Indulge in the exquisite flavours of hairy crabs as they return this season. Renowned for its rich, buttery, golden roe, this delicacy will be available for enjoyment from now to 30 November 2023, at both Goodwood Park Hotel’s Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey. These dining establishments will offer a variety of options, including a la carte and set menus.
Min Jiang presents a tantalizing new creation, the Sautéed Hairy Crabmeat and Roe with Egg White and Peruvian White Asparagus, alongside beloved classics like Steamed Hairy Crab and Steamed Hairy Crab with Glutinous Rice served in Bamboo Baskets. Meanwhile, Min Jiang at Dempsey introduces fresh additions to the à la carte menu, featuring dishes such as Hairy Crabmeat with Seafood Soup in a Pomegranate Egg White Parcel and Hairy Crabmeat with Homemade Tofu and Deep-fried Soft-Shell Crab, in addition to the return of the ever-popular Steamed Hairy Crab with Ginger Rice Wine.
