2. Beat the island heat with Weis Sorbet
Walking down Orchard Road, shopping loot in hand but tortured by the blazing heat? From now till 12 August, treat yourself to a scoop or two of sorbet from the Weis Sorbet Shack, located outside Ngee Ann City. One bite into their tropical flavours of Australian Mango, Refreshing Lemon and Summer berries will instantly take you to the beaches in the great Down Under. They are sold at $3.50 for a single and $6.50 for a double scoop for all flavours. There’s even a photo booth filled with mango trees, surfboards, deckchairs and a lifeguard for you and your friends to go wild and express your inner summer vogue-ness. For those who may be hooked on the delicious Australian sorbet, you can pick up to pick up a tub of Weis ($12.90) from major Fairprice and Cold Storage supermarkets.
