8. Have yourself a Lucky Ducky burger
Although it’s the year of the rooster, you’ve got to love a burger inspired by the Peking Duck. Three Buns at Potato Head Folk has introduced the Lucky Ducky burger ($22 for set), a festive burger which features a spiced 120g white Peking duck patty, cucumber, scallions, hoisin, pickle daikon, chilli, barbecue sauce, ginger mayonnaise and crushed tater tots in a toasted rice bun. The set comes with a side of five-spice fries.
Available at Potato Head Folk from 20 Jan to 14 Feb.
