Foodies, this is one big fancy series of gastronomic events you don’t want to miss. The Ritz-Carlton hotel is presenting a Stellar Dining series featuring Michelin-starred chefs, mixologists and pâtissiers from over the world, who will be touring four Asian cities to treat you to a culinary extravaganza. The journey begins in our own city, at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, from 1 to 4 November. Diners can look forward to a luxurious range of lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, as well as Sunday champagne brunch, all variably prepared in collaboration between award-winning chefs from Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Singapore.
