In our digital age, many images become ‘poor images,’ a term coined by artist and writer Hito Steyerl to describe images that has a poor quality that continuously deteriorates the more it is being distributed. Such works and processes are the focus of Poor Imagination, the latest exhibition at Gillman Barracks. Running now until 8 September, the exhibition highlights works by seven artists of various disciplines from all over the world, including Singapore.
