2. Be awed by the beauty of our civic district
One of the marquee events of Singapore Art Week, Light to Night Festival returns from 19 to 28 January this year to paint our civic district in a dazzling array of colours. Expanding from an anniversary celebration by National Gallery, this year’s festival is now a precinct-wide arts festival involving The Arts House, Victoria Theatre, Victoria Concert Hall, Asian Civilisations Museum and The Esplanade.
