15. Examine the magic of circus through the lens of science
What has science got to do with circus and clowns and acrobats? Plenty, as you’ll find out at Circus! Science Under The Big Top from now to 18 March 2017. Find out how science has always had an important role in the circus and how circus relies upon a balance of artistry and science to meet new challenges and fulfill audience expectations.
To quell your curiousity, try out some of the interactive exhibitions such as the Elastic Acrobatics, the High Wire, and the Contortionist. There’ll also be magic shows and lots of activities happening in the Science Centre as part of this interactive and educational extravaganza, which altogether makes for a perfect day out with the family!
