5. Dine at the new Hokkaido Marche in Orchard Central
Want to enjoy the home-grown products from Hokkaido’s favourite food stores without having to travel to the towns of Sapporo, Hakodate or Asahikawa? Simply drop into Orchard Central for yummy donburi topped with fresh seafood, curry rice, udon, and of course, ramen. The self-service concept Gourmet Hall features seven new dining names like Dot Café & Bar, Kaisen Natsume, Donburi Maruya, Maruki, Yakitori Tsuyoshi, Shirakaba Sansou Ramen, Ajisai Ramen.
Hokkaido Marche’s sushi concept, Sushi Shiki Hanamaru will open end February.
