Get your fat pants ready, because it’s time for the annual Singapore Food Festival! Held from 13 to 29 July, it’s all about familiar flavours of Singaporean dishes this year. Kickstarting the gastronomic experiences is STREAT, a two-day outdoor dining event on 13 and 14 July, back for its fourth edition and bigger than ever. Two chefs from separate Michelin-starred European restaurants will be collaborating to run a pop-up restaurant, giving their own take on Singapore cuisine with a special 5-course menu. Besides this eagerly anticipated pop-up, you can also enjoy classic Singapore flavours from an exciting range of hawkers and chefs. This year, STREATS will also feature a dedicated bar, culinary workshops, local food-related souvenirs, and local entertainment acts in the evening. You’ll even get to learn cooking tips from the two celebrity chefs, so be sure to get your tickets to the workshops!
