3. Enjoy Hokkaido cuisine

From 15 Jan to 15 Feb, Keyaki will be offering a gastro-tour of Hokkaido with three seven-course kaiseki presentations, each masterfully crafted by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii to showcase the finest seasonal produce and seafood from Hokkaido. Menu highlights include King Crab, Kinki Fish and Hokkaido Scallops.
