If you love Japanese liquor, don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to experience first-hand the world of rare sake and sochu with some of the world’s most respected sake masters and sochu distillers! On 14 October, from 3pm to 9pm, Cut by Wolfgang Puck hosts an exclusive “Taste of Japan” showcase in collaboration with Mead. Two esteemed local chefs will be joined by the chef of Japan’s Chisoh Nakamura, to serve up some exquisite culinary creations made with the freshest Japanese meats and produce, for you to pair with a special selection of sake and sochu. If you’re more of a tea person, this event is for you too – join the Sencha-dou, a Japanese customary tea art ceremony, specially curated for guests to learn more about the traditional art of enjoying Japanese green tea.
